  5. hulagyrl808 Says:

i’m beginning to LOVE yoga, especially this position.

  6. Saitoko7 Says:

As evidenced by what a typically whining, overweight American the instructor is, right carter? ;)

  7. sick197666 Says:

So true. I used to do this all the time, before soccer practices and games. No wonder my back pain and sciatica showed up after I stopped playing sports. :(

These videos have been wonderful. Lucky for me, one of my friends from HS became a yoga instructor. I’ll be getting ahold of her soon.

I can’t seem to get that flexible, any other way to strecht and help my left side muscle?

  10. newbombturk99 Says:

i pulled a calf muscle doing this stretch for some reason

  11. TheOtherMic Says:

If I pulled my knees that close to my body like she did my hammies would probably snap. Lol.

  12. RihannaUmbrellax Says:

Im 14, and I could actually do it, even though i’ve never done or tried yoga before, yes it does hurt like a bitch but i just take the pain in and concentrate on the breaths. I suppose if you keep doing this the pain will stop and you get used to it, found this stretch really relaxed me

  13. larksp Says:

ok i cant pull legs in with out my back comming up lol.and im not that bad for flexible, be nice to know what to do to improve on that

  14. cartertube77 Says:

Yoga = strength, health, calm, and flexibility

American’s suffering from severe back pain; must start heavy regimen of prescription medication, watch 10hours of TV and eat 3 Big Macs w/extra cheese daily followed by visit to HMO approved cardiologist. If you don’t have HMO then call Obama and whine about not having access to health care till he kisses your fat ass and tells you what a good little consumer you are. More Govt + Pharmaceutical Corps.+your fat ass=America in last place 4ever.

ok…she makes this look so easy, paused the vid, tried to do it… quite funny, I need to flex a little more, the other exercises I did , and works great for releiving my pain… thanks so much for posting this!!!

Maybe it’s just me and my very infleixible body..but I could barely put my hand through the hole and move my legs towards my chest.

Thanks Beauty. I am in sever lower back pain. Tried it for less than a minute, and I already feel the difference.
    I owe you.

  19. BadBoys8889 Says:

20 second stretches on each side, and I immediately noticed a difference. Thank you for this very informative stretch video. I’ll do this stretch every day.

  20. lilitamurthi Says:

I did not know this was a yogasana. But I have done this 3 times a day when I had terrible Sciatica pain and it is miraculous !

  21. BootyBot Says:

    who is this hottie

  22. Unityspirit50 Says:

so i can do this while my back is out? Im in such pain

  23. cleanfreak73 Says:

This is good for the back if you can do it! I find it hard to do this with my right side,it’s like my arms aren’t long enough. She makes it look so easy but you have to be real flexible to do it.

  24. thehumble1 Says:

I’ve been doing this on my own, kind of building off a few ground stretches. I was so excited to see it done properly and with ideas for how to get more out of it. THANKS. I’ve been looking for decent lower back pain yoga stretches and this set is awesome.

this helped me a lot… thank you
