    i ate lots of fiber for years & im still suffering from digestive problems. my skin is shit too. too much fiber is bad & the reason you get ‘constipated’ when you stop is b/c you became dependent on it. did you know that milk for babies has NO fiber

    i need to cut down on breads & grains & all that shit. have way too many problems with my skin & digestion
