Corn is processed in the factory with bad stuff in it and every kind of cold cut sandwich meat has way to much sodium. Do your homework next time.

Everything he said in this vid is correct. but the NUMBER 1 THING YOU HAVE TO DO IF YOU ARE EATING THIS MUCH PROTEIN AND TO MAKE IT WORK IS DRINK WATER!!!!!! you cant stress it enough, drink water through out the day, try to take in over 100 ounces of water each day VERY KEY!!!!

theres 1 problem in what u just said, there is no possible way, no possible way you can put on 20 pounds of muscle in 2-3 months. The most muscle some1 can put on in 1 year is 10 pounds. Im not saying you cant get defined which makes u look ripped, im just saying its impossible to put on 20 pounds of muscle in that time but not fat

@JAVILOCz559 working out while eating the right stuff always helps. you dont want to just eat a ton and expect muscle. you gotta work out and drink a lot of water to. you dont want to just gain fat. fats bad weight, you want muscle and plus muscle weighs more then fat.

@marc4life22 work out, and do a lot of excersises. that will not only get you hungry, you should always excersise cause if you dont and only eat, you’ll only gain fat and not muscle.
