I have found that to ‘cool’ off the cayenne, I take 16 oz of water in my 32 oz container, put the powder in, microwave for 3 minutes, then let cool. I do that the night before, and add the mixture in the morning and it totally takes the bite out of the cayenne. Try it if you can’t ‘stomach’ the cayenne and get all the benefits of the detox.

You can also buy the syrup from Trader Joe’s. It’s actually cheaper there than at whole foods.
