Drink hot not boiled green tea to get the most EGCG, a powerful antioxidant. Don’t add milk because it negates the properties. Green tea may prevent and reduces RA symptoms in mice. Human trials currently being developed.

I thought I should pass this info around. I got it from personalliberty website.

ppl, PSE try Starflower Oil (capsules) it’s the herb borage, it works really well with some ppl, you can get cream too or burst the capsules and rub it in, read about it on the web…it’s not harmful. medieval ppl used to get loads of it in their ale as water was too dirty to drink, and then with the introduction of filtered water, it was dropped,

I used Alex Chiu’s Immortality Rings to cure my Rheumatoid arthritis. Works very well. Reduced pain in my legs quite a bit after 2 weeks of usage.

Healing of arthritis in hand: sleep laying on back on flat board under sheet 10 X 20 X .2 inches, from center of lower curve of back to neck. Soft sleep beds cause many heath problems by many harmful pressures onto the spine. The small discomfort of the flat board becomes many different healing joys. Pains disappear. Plexi plastic glass better than wood for flat board.

I was born with ra. In the end the only advocaite for your health is you. If you dont take the initive to get out and to do daily task pain or not your immobility will only get worst. Hottubs and hot showers will help you in the early mornings. Pain killers help no one at a young age with a cronic uncurable illness. Eventually those pain killers will become uneffective and will only lead to higher pain killers. Stand up and keep moving it is the best way to fight it ans strech 2 times a day

really informative thanks, I appreciate these type of vids cuz the help me understand my fathers condition more and more. I try to help him as much as I possibly can w day to day things. I found this great bottle at the drugstore that has a lever activated cap, push down and it opens, i bought a couple for him, so he can put his medicines in it. I think made by Finest Natural brand. they work very well. sorry for the plug, but if it could help anyone , i think its worth mentioning.

I saw him lol – funny guy! He couldn’t get the printer seen in the background to work! On a more serious note, this video is very informative.

I’ve had RA since I was 6, and been on Mtx since I was 14. The side effects are debilitating and it’s hard to separate myself from it and the meds. Grrr.

Moved up north, water quality I think may play a role in helping. My Gp put me on steroids, and I got referred to a local specialist who want to pt me on bio injections. It just pisses me off that my local teaching hospital let me suffer, the damage is for life. The only thing my old rheumatologist did was ask what I was doing with my life.
