There are different ways to cook your vegetables. Some take out more vitamins than others. Just because you cook vitamins out of vegetables doesn’t mean that food no longer has value. It still has fiber, and calories needed to power your body.

If you feel like you are “cooking” most of the vitamins out of your food, I would suggest GNC’s Mega Man vitamins.

I take one in the morning, and on ein the afternoon.

If anybody needs any health tips, just let me know; )

  2. Wonderloo5000 Says:

When you cook vegetables the vitamins in the plant matter get destroyed, if you dont soak your beans or almonds or any kind of nut or whole wheat then you are eating defense mechanism enzymes that need to be broken down by soaking., Please people stop being ignorant realize there are other ways of ingesting food, just because its not what you do doesnt mean its not right. The vegetables from walmart come from mexico and take a month to get there which means the vitams have broken down fully.

So true nightbird. These organic, raw food nuts just want something to believe in. I eat the healthiest food on the planet, and it can all be found for a low low price at WALMART.

People should start being more THANKFUL about what we’re blessed with!

  4. brian8793 Says:

Diets are for suckers. Just eat good food. Cook your damn food.lol

Eat oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese, peanuts, almonds, whole wheat cereal, tuna, turkey, nonfat milk. Take a multi-vitamin. Get rid of alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes, and SUGAR. and other good stuff and you’ll be fine.

Maybe you’ll even be like me, a ripped up beast ; )

  5. brian8793 Says:

Gross. I eat about 40% raw food, and I’m in better shape than any of these people making this movie. It’s all about staying away from junk food.

  8. MJMSLOP Says:

fuck you, idiot. don’t you dare say anything anymore unworthy peace of shit.

  9. MJMSLOP Says:

toxins go through your liver first, it is not as if we are spunges that absorb every random chemical particle in the body. also your stomach fluids are ‘chemicals’ too. as is alcohol, radioactivity, sulfuric acid, iron, lead (toxic!), temperatures above hundreds, below hundreds of degrees. ‘natural’ isn’t the same as ‘heavenly pure and amazingly friendly curing’. rawfoodists are disneyfreaks.

  10. guilfoyle1975 Says:

are you able to eat fruit on this diet?

  11. Nightbird Says:

    @rennymyducky

I wasn’t aware that Not being a raw foodist meant that you were automatically a failure in life..LOL!! Wow, that is such an ignorant comment it proves how bad the education system is..lol. Obviously you have drunk the koolaid from a group of people who say you are only healthy if you follow their rules, instead of seeing the incredible diversity in diet we have on this planet. Not only is your opinion disrespectful & insulting, it reeks of elitism. Show others respect asshole.

  12. rennymyducky Says:

Yeah what a genius you are….

  13. rennymyducky Says:

You obviously will make any excuse to be a failure please save your nonsense to your self. LOTS of people have what it takes to make changes in their lives. Stop trying to discourage people with your personal bull

  15. BansheeVanRaven Says:

the video’s point is “hey! buy all these useless common-sense books and unecessary products, join our camp and cure your diabetes!” It’s not “cured”. They just do what diabetics are SUPPOSED to do, avoid the foods that make you need the insuline. If they start eating regularly again, they will need an insuline shot, that isn’t curing. Good job on the word play, not many realise what “cure” really means.

  16. BansheeVanRaven Says:

no, food can’t be the next tabbacco cause tabacco has been smoked so frequently and found to be a hazard for the past 100 years. food isn’t the issue, cooking methods and quality is. Plus we’ve been eating meat from the beginging of existance.

  17. Nightbird Says:

@Fyrtenheimer -It’s not that eating salad, beans, fruit and nuts is hard, it’s that for many of us this is not enough for our bodies & we feel sick on this type of diet, I know I did. And yet, there are raw foodists here who will say “just keep eating raw no matter how miserable you feel, it will get better”..that is a very reckless & dangerous opinion. I know my body & how I feel, they don’t. And I’m sorry, life is too short for me not to eat what I enjoy. If you want to do that, ok, but not I!

  18. Nightbird Says:

@rackelb1 -I also find it hillarious how raw foodists are doing everything they can to their raw foods to get some of the complexity of processed food. Mix this with this, grind this, puree that, bake at low temp -I seriously doubt our ancestors you claim only ate raw veggies (scientifically not true) did all these things just to be able to stomach their food. Meat eating has always been essential for humans, but thanks to Disney movies humanizing animals, now it’s wrong to eat them. Just dumb.

  19. Nightbird Says:

@rackelb1 -I understand the raw diet works for some, but don’t insult me by saying I don’t know my own body just because it didn’t work for me. You must listen to your body, and mine felt horrible eating raw, and I was eating raw for more than just a few weeks. Once I added animal protein back, I felt good & strong again. Everyone is different, there is NO “one size fits all” in diet, doctors will tell you that. Raw foodists need to stop insulting us meat eaters with their superiority complex.

  20. Nightbird Says:

@ rackelb1 -There is no such thing as “detoxing” dear, any doctor will tell you that. That was a phrase invented by supplement makers and people trying to sell you something. Everything around us is natural, because everything comes from earth. Scientifically, we are Omnivores, and are made to eat many things, and yes, meat played a very important part in our growth, most importantly due to it’s fat content. In Nature, animals eat other animals all the time, so why is it wrong if humans do it?

  21. Stonewalljackson7 Says:

but the vegetables don’t aren’t REQUIRED to be raw, thats the point, whether they are raw or cooked makes no difference. and its no cure, simply controlledl

  22. rackelb1 Says:

LOL – you just proved this video’s point.

  23. rackelb1 Says:

There is absolutely no reason to eat meat or fish or dairy at all – none.

  24. rackelb1 Says:

We were also eating raw prior to the invention of fire; however, you are right about nutrients and food steaming.

I think people are missing the point of this movie. It mentions raw food but the real “pill” here is the fruits and vegetables – this is what people need to eat … not the meat, milk, and processed food. And -that- is what this movie is about; fruits and vegetables curing.

  25. rackelb1 Says:

It has everything to do with “raw” foods because those foods included fruits and vegetables.
