    @Cristinawow4488 it can be reflected both ways more meals but less food. eat less calories in one sitting but eat every 2-3 hours. so instead of eating giant meals all the time eat smaller amounts thru out the day so for breakfast eat a bowl of cereal and a banana. 2-3 hours later eat a couple granola bars and a glass of milk. eat a peanut butter sandwhich 3 hours after that. your eating more meals but less calories and chips are ok every now and then

    This is excellent. I would suggest using a more formal vocabulary, like instead of calling them simple and complex carbs, explain the terms poly, di and monosaccharide. Then explain that a saccharide is a carbohydrate and a carbohydrate is essentially a sugar. Good video.

    Mahalo from Hawai’i for this video…I bicycle everywhere here in Honolulu. It’s a one-speed so I have great legs, but I do have some fat in the front of my torso. My sides are slim, so I’m going to do the 2 hour smaller eating strategy along with some transverse abdominis work….Mahalo hou, u’i!
