    NOPROB Its easier than going to the dentist,you will not remember a thing.Watched both my brother and sister die of colon cancer 2yrs apart.A COLONOSCOPY WAS A PIECE OF CAKE COMPARED TO WHAT THEY WENT THROUGH!!! Get it done you will feel glad you did.

    @THEDROPPEDSOCK
    Thanks guys for all your advice. I had it done on monday and you were all correct….i wasn’t aware of anything that was going on and when i woke up it was all finished…so thank you x

  5. THEDROPPEDSOCK Says:

    You won’t be aware of anything. It is exactly the same as being asleep. I was COMPLETELY unaware of anything going on!

    If you’re properly sedated it’s not that much of a big deal. For me preparation (the day before) and the aftermath were the worst. The aftermath included some serious blood-loss. So side effects may appear but the alternative is worse.

    Very good video, thanks for posting. I’m having a ‘scope tomorrow, and doing the yukky ‘Lyte stuff today! That stuff is horrible, but I hear the procedure is ok. Well I Gotta ‘go’ :-(

    Wish me luck…thank you x

    This video really does make it sound worse then it is. I had one about 5 years ago and it was a breeze. I’d rather have this then my teeth cleaned.

    Oh my god, i am so so so nervous. I am having a colonoscopy next monday and i am dreading it. Does anyone know if the sedation that is given is strong or will i be able to feel anything?

    Your friend has had a colonoscopy in order to detect a condition called microscopic colitis. But if the biopsies resulted normal maybe he is affected from celiac disease. So, he should already have undergo a gastroscopy with biopsies from the deep portion of the duodenum and blood tests for anti-tTG and EMA. He also must give stool samples for parassitological examination wich i suppose has already done. If all tests result negative then propably its a case of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)

    I have chronic sanguine cryptitus with intussusception & a swollen Mechkel’s diverticulum that is agitated by consumption of capsicum annuum, oryza sativa w fabauceae leguminosae & bière of a temperature of 4-5 degrees Celcius or lower. To politely put it, this is affecting my “Doppelpunkt & Ruckstande.” Also, my hematochezia is mephitic & untidy. It makes my normal stomach sleep position moist and “j’aime dormir avec les organes rigides de prisonniers”, so to say. Please help. Only you can…

  17. AzzedineAliaFan Says:

    please help!! i have a friend that has had one, due to severe discomfort after eating he’s loosing weight, and has diahreea, but the test showed nothing, what could it be? why can’t the gastro. doctor detect the problem????????????

  18. roxanne26ful Says:

    Thanks a lot for the information. It really helps. persons that will undergo colonoscopy should plan their activity after the colonoscopy to ensure they can get a good rest after the colonoscopy.

    Great information for those that rather need to see what is being done rather than a pamplet
