I hope y’all know how uncommon it is for a woman mommytard’s age to weigh that little. All you young girls who are freaked out about your weight, DON’T be. It has to do with her height, and her bone structure. I looked VERY VERY skinny when I weighed 155 lbs. People thought I had an eating disorder. So I hope you know it really has to do with your body structure. You can weigh 109 and look chunky, or 109 and look sick. You can weigh 150 and look chunky, or 150 and look way too skinny.

Shay I love that your so healthy:) I’ve been doing weight loss also
so 1 easy way that helped me is by eating 5 times a day.. for example wake up at 9 and have breakfast then at 12 a snack and at 3 snack and so on but only 5 meals every 3 hrs. since you wake up:) also if you want something to drink um it’s good to buy no cal drinks it’s better to have natural juice but it’s best to have water and you put in some rinds to make kind of flavored water
