Thank u very much for this informative video. I am battling very high tryglycerides. It was 394 then got it down to 371 and now it is at 311. I do take omega-3 fish oil pills but I can’t seem to get it to lower. So I am trying to find more helpful ways. So thank u. This has been a blessing. God bless

I am myself a patient of high Triglycerides and I think this is one of the best HINDI presentaion with slides in English. However I feel that improved graphics could still make it better.
