Apart from advising to eat raw eggs and sushi, Wai’s diet is almost purely vegetarian, whereas the Paleo diet is almost all meat based! Have you actually read these? Also, as with all extreme diets, the Paleo diet is not healthy in the long run. It’s also badly named as the the premise it’s based on is NOT what paleolithic man would have eaten. This has been completely debunked.
I’ve tried both of the above diets, strictly and neither did a damn thing to help my skin.

Stop drinking flouride!!! Check out a website called ECOLOBLUE, they sell a machine called a water from air generator. It produces clean drinking water from thin air. Fluoridating our drinking water is the most evil, despicable, sadistic thing our gov. could do to us and no one can stop them! We must stop letting those fucking shit bags poison us and all buy water from air generators and detox our bodies from all the toxins they put in our water. I will not rest until we are all fluoride free!

those tribes that dont have autoimmune disorders today also do not take vaccines.
if u read a leaflet of almost any vaccine u will see arthritis, diabetis and other deseases listed under adverse reactions.
weve abandoned paleo diet long ago and our kids started developing the abovementioned illnesses more rapidly with the increase in shots they were given during childhood.
however, changing diet may help even if its not the main cause. im experimenting with mine all the time.

I had it for 3 yrs, I wanted to die. I was healed 7 years ago after an encounter with God. I was ready to check out and take my life if He didn’t answer. Toxins are so deep inside the body, toxins from stress, medicine and things we eat and drink. I did a major fast and drank water and sweated them out. Took about 30 days. Ate raw food, cut and soft drinks No caffeine, no sugar. Medicine can’t cure this, but God can instantly, or give you the knowledge to overcome to help others.

Ive been on this diet for several years now. I deviated off it a little a couple of months ago when I reintroduced some quinoa (it’s similar to rice). I started getting a lot of stiffness in the lower back again and was feeling uncomfortable throughout my digestive system. I went back on the paleo diet and feel all the better for it again.

That’s funny, the EPA says if you suspect mercury poisoning to consult your physician yet it is your physician or vet who injects the mercury into the veins of pregnant women, babies & your pets. What a bunch of licensed Quacks, licensed to kill that is.
But do you see the correlation of vaccines and MS?

The EPA site says mercury causes:
tremors; emotional changes (e.g., mood swings, irritability, nervousness, excessive shyness); insomnia; neuromuscular changes (such as weakness, muscle atrophy, twitching); headaches; disturbances in sensations; changes in nerve responses; performance deficits on tests of cognitive function. At higher exposures there may be kidney effects, respiratory failure and death. People concerned about their exposure to elemental mercury should consult their physician.

so I looked at him & said, so he would be dead in 3 days then he says Oh yeah they can recover with nutrition. Yeah change your story now but it was much more than nutrition, he already had good nutrition, it was the EDTA that grabs on to the heavy metals then removes them from the body along with good minerals so you have to re supplement good minerals

The Cure?
EDTA is one cure if permanent damage has not already occured, I cured a dog in 3 days with a severe case of autoimmune hemolytic anemia after getting vaccines. My vet wanted to do blood transfusion & bone marrow transplant I said I know the problem, it is the mercury & I know how to treat the dog, he angrily said don’t be surprised if your dog is dead in 3 days yet my dog recovered in 3 days & the same vet re-tested him & he made a full recovery
