Lower BP with Alistrol
May 25th, 2010 at 3:59 am
systolic 140 mm Hg is elevated but your diastolic pressure, 60 mm Hg is a good number. Mine runs around 140/70. Monitor your BP and see if your 140/60 stays around that rate. If your not sure if this is a safe number for you, contact your health care provider.

I want to thank you Scott for making these videos. They are very important and I’m sure that I could learn something from them if you weren’t on screen sexying up the video.

Hypertension is often called “the silent killer.” You can be healthy by all common standards and have high blood pressure.
A yearly physical should be enough to screen yourself for hypertension. If you have a family history of high blood pressure, other system disease or condition such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, liver or kidney disease; then definately get your BP checked.
There are many different medications that can control hypertension without cramping your “style.”

I’m glad you tackled this topic, I’m borderline on Hypertension so I take high blood pressure medicine for it. Diabetes is another bad factor I have so its scary knowing that I’m so close to both. Also Diabetes runs in my family which is another big factor, I shudder to think about it really. Thanks for posting this video hon.

Hey Scott –good info, but clearly the packaging is amiss. I suggest you guys discuss the topic (rehearse) come up with a set of questions you can ask from that rehearsal, and maybe make some inexpensive charts/diagrams, he probably has some in his practice—because we are getting anxious watching you get anxious. You are great at what you do and I realize this is kinda new and outside that realm. Just an idea and my 2 cents! I do have HP so this is appreciated! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

May 25th, 2010 at 12:36 pm
Curtainly, noth! Hat people, shoe people, shirt people, heck, even mitten people should use any machine they damn well please. Except for you! Lobogirl. Don’t takes this personal, but I’d recommend venetian blind machines, just because they are sneaky looking…..as opposed to curtains….No need to thank me, you are most curtainly welcome!

Very good topic know about because people sometimes unexpectedly find out they have high blood pressure when they think they have been healthy because they have been working out, like my colleague recently did. Its important to know limit, how to eat right and how far to push your self. Thanks Scott and Brian for another great video…..Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
