    @sebastianjwalker . You keep doing that and you will suffer from major illnesses. Try to get some help from a doctor for sleep if you can’t fall asleep and/or stay asleep. Follow Dr. Hyman’s advice on this video. He definitely knows what he is talking about. Sleep is incredibly important and is unfortunately thrown to the wayside in this society. I know from first hand experience what severe lack of sleep can do to a person, and it is horrifying. Get some help for sleep and take care.

    This is an awesome video! I am a prime example of sleep deprivation causing weight gain, high blood pressure, diabetes, panic attacks and other health problems. I slept about an average of four hours a night for a number of years due to undue work stress. I ended up having to resign from my job and I have been out of work for a while now. The amazing thing is that I have been getting more sleep every night and my blood pressure hovers around 125/60. My blood sugar has gone down too.

    I love skipping sleep. I get so much more done. At night time I have the peace and quiet.

    Also, when you exhaust yourself, I love the sleep afterwards!

    Most of them don’t have jobs. The only thing they actually have to do is a few minutes homework each night.

    insomnia is caused by not having enough activity during the day. u have too much unused energy that it keeps u up at night. go to the gym, try swimming, get an honest to goodness 9-5 job.

    I find it easier to sleep if I stare at 1 object for a while or look without blinking for about 10-15 seconds it tires ur eyes then u see sheepys and fences haagajajahahahah lol
