fruit salad: 5 cherries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 5 strawberries, 1/2 small peach, 1/3 banana, 1/6 avocado,etc, bran cereal, oatmeal, pinch of cinniman, pinch of ground flaxseed, one pinch of sesome seed one dried date, dried goji berries (5), two tbsp fat free yogurt, one almond, walnut, pecan, cashew, peanut, pinenut, and punpkin seeds

I’ve been using spiralina, pomegranite juice, fish oil, frozen yogurt, and frozen blackberries/fruit in my breakfast smoothies–they are amazingly filling!
