Man, this was a really good video. I am unfortunately dealing with adrenal fatigue, and one of the primary causes other than life stressors was working out in my garage way way too much to keep my weight down. Listen to this dude, it is sound advice. I also went to the ER one time because of too much hydroxycut and too much working out. Thought i was gonna die. Now im taking it easy and im not working out. In fact, i’m not doing much these days, my wife works and understands that i need to heal

Ok, first of all fat does NOT burn in our body period, you must be an idiot if you take this literally. What it does is shrinks fat molecules in size, kind of compresses fat. However you do not lose any fat. The only way to lose fat is to make your body use it as a source of energy, however fat, is the last source of energy that a human body likes to have for a snack. It will use all the muscles first and then, after making you even more ugly , it could start braking down fats.

@gregglesdawrestler For Breakfast I Usually Eat Either A Banana Or Peanut Butter Granola Bars With Whey. And Lunch And Dinner Usually I Just Stick To Grilled Chicken, Brocolli, And Brown Rice. I Stop Drinking Pop And Lost Weight Doing That. Green Tea Burns Fat So I Usually Drink Alot Of That Whenever I Can.

i wanted to use hydro cuz i want more definition.. im in very good shape but i have a little fat cover under skin that hide the abs and muscles.., so if i don use hydro.. what i do with this cover of fat??

i dont get it, why would you take more than it tell you to,
i used hydroxycut, and went from 213 to 181 in a month and a half, kept it off for 3 years, stopped using it after i lost weight, im between 180-187
goin up and down, if used proper it works well.
people are stupid and misusing it.
