@openit987 Actually Drinking water after a meal (or anytime for that matter) will burn more calories than otherwise. For every liter of water you drink at around 40 degrees fahreighnheit you burn around 29 extra calories because your body must expend energy to bring the liquid up to your body temperature. Not only this but the water also dilutes the food that you eat making it easier for your digestive system to process it and extract nutrients from it. Stomach acid dillution is minimal.

@NevRav man i feal yuh i cant seem to lose the weight i have it seems near impossible that past 5 montsh ive been eating healthier and drinking water and my weight hasnt changed 1 pound

@OmegaKilla100 I know its a lot. I’ve been working very hard to lower it. My goal is 8-9%, its my greatest challenge. I’ve lowered it 1-2% but it’s easier for me to gain then to lose. I just have a hard time sweating water weight out. I’m getting there though.

I’ve watched a few of your videos, and I have to say your the best Fitness Professional that I have seen out of all of the countless videos I have watched here on you tube. I’ve been bodybuilding for several years, and I weigh about 194 pounds at 6’2 with a body fat % at about 17-19%. I eat and drink healthy, but don’t have that water filtration system. I’m going to look into that, as well as focus on a lot of the other things in some of your other videos. Thanks for the great tips!

If you pay attention to all of his videos he doesn’t try to sell you things. Sure he makes his living off this and wants to sell his ideas. But alot of his knowlege is free and hes got a degree for this. Your ignorant.

He is one of those fitness “gurus”, who are trying to sell you some crap and think of “new” exercises. Actually gaining muscle and loose fat is very simple, eat right and train hard. Thats it. You can do it home with cheap set of dumbbells and a pullup-bar.
Check out Scooby1962 account, he gives you good advice and he don’t try to sell you some expensive gym memberships or idiotic products.
