I’ve had a few colonics in the past and they were very soothing. But for the most part I try to have a three enema series at least once a week and I have been doing enemas for years now. I’m not on the raw food diet although I am finding I do eat more raw fruits and vegetables.
Thank you for your post and speaking frankly about what some may feel is taboo. It is not and more people would benefit from a healthy colon.

Talk your situation over with a reputable colon hydrotherapist. In my experience, colonics are really helpful & very soothing. Probiotics are always a very good idea, especially during hydrotherapy. Generally the removal of parasites is most effective when you’re on a low sugar, green juice fast…colonics….AND an anti parasite supplement (check Healthforce Nutritionals – Internal Parasite Formula.)
All the Best on your healing journey!

Having ulcerative colitis, do you think it’s a good idea to have a colonic? I’ve been avoiding it but something is drawing me to this now and I think it’s time. Can colonics wash away parasites? and should one supplement with probiotics after getting one done?
