    my left nostril is always blocked when i get up. i cannot do any pranayam :(

    @positive178 I felt that too bcoz I was straining my eyes unconsciously while doing it… Avoid straining the area between eyes and u will be OK…. It should not be a problem….

    I was able to if not increase but at least stop hair fall ramdev technique (rub the tips of the fingers against each other for at least 5 minutes everyday)

    @solidmidget Kapalbhati is where is keeps exhaling. do it for 15min..increase time slowly as u practice.

    The number of views in Baba Ramdev’s Videos are constantly adjusted. I am sure I have seen the number of views much higher… on this and on Yoga for Skin, Psoraisis video also.

    @sam101103 How long were your pranayam sessions? How did you notice that you needed new glasses? Did you wear your glasses (-2.75) daily as before or did you for extended period go without glasses in order to train your eye to see? Please advise.

    I got my spectacles number reduced from -2.75 to – 1.5 in just 15 days of doing pranayam. I did it in the morning in an open green surroundings ( nehru park new delhi) I did not continue after 15 days and the no changed again to -2.25. ( I changed my glasses thrice in 1 and half month. However even now after 2 years it is still less then what iwas wearing for 10 years.
