    @Teeteeismeme7 i might not be tammy but here are some suggests :) Diagonal Woodchops, Standing Rotations, Alternating Toe Touch, Sit-up Hold, and to get a flat stomach, (Right twist left oblique,Left twist right oblique,)Reverse crunches(Left side crunches,Right side crunches)Scissor kicks,Pelvic tilts,Hanging Frog kicks, hope I helped :) for anymore questions please message me

    hey tammy, your doing such a great job! these exercisese are really challenging me but that good . i was just wondering because in your video it says once a day, i was wondering if i could do all of the work outs from all of you vids (the one i like) which is only 4, if i could do 2 sets of it a day?

    hi tammy thx its really easy to do these exer…i wanted to ask u that can one do it at any tym in a day or it is suppose to do empty stomach,,,,,,,,,can u guide onthat 2..one more thing i want to ask u a diet for the flab…….

    Hi Tammy, i’m a fourteen year old girl and when I do things like knee bends, mostly things when I have to stretch my feet out fully while lying on the ground, I experience a weird feeling in the area right above my thigh, like if two bones are rubbing against each other and I have only been exercising a week but each time I do knee bends that area starts to hurt. I thought it would only get better with practice but it’s becoming worse. Should I stop? If so, what other lower ab exercises can do?
